Tokyo, 1968. Hawaii, 1974.

Ezogiku started as a Sapporo-style ramen shop in Tokyo in 1968 and came to Hawaii in 1974. Miso ramen is still the heart of the house, and gyoza is right behind it. In Aiea, it's a longtime mainstay of Waimalu Shopping Center.
